Overview: AcuConference is a web conference application for NTU faculty and staff with access to NTULearn as Course Instructor or Teaching Assistant to conduct online tutorials, group discussions and it can also be set up as student-led activities to engage them in dynamic interactive discussions and decision-making anytime, anyway.
If you only need to start/create/join a AcuConference web conference session, download and install the AcuConference - Full function client. If you need to create and publish video recording of lectures/tutorials, install the AcuConsole Full Package which includes AcuConference (for web conference) and AcuStudio (for creating video recordings).
The mobile app for AcuConference is available in Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store respectively.
Once an AcuConference web conference session has been created, the link of the conference session will be posted in the selected NTULearn course site and send to the Host of the conference session via email. The Host can then forward the email notification to the participants for them to join the conference session.
