How to upload a video recording file

Target Audience : Instructor

To upload video to NTU video server instead of uploading the video to NTULearn directly.

 

1. Launch AcuConsole Software

 

2. From Convert/Upload Section at the main menu. Select Setting

 


 

 

2. Ensure that the necessary setting are set.

 

 

 

3. To start converting and uploading media files, Go back to the main menu, select Convert/ Upload

 

 

 

 

4. Select Import Media Files and click Next

 

 

 

 

5. Select Add File to select and convert media files or Add Dir to convert all media files in that folder.

 

6. Click Next

 

 

 

7. Select the profile that you want to encode and whether you want to convert or convert and also upload to the AcuManager.

 

NOTE: The converted file is saved as acmx in Documents\AcuStudio\autosave (can be configured in Settings for ‘Batch Upload)

 

 

If you have chosen to Convert and Publish to Network, you will be prompted to login to AcuManager.

 

 

8. Enter the required information and determine who can access this recording.

 

 


9. After that, just click Start to convert and upload

 

 

 

10. After the conversion/uploading has completed, you can click on the file to view the converted file in AcuStudio player:  

 

 

 

11. Click Finish once done

 


 
3. Click on ‘Convert/ Upload’ tab and select the folder that you want the converted files to be saved
