What is the video recording file size limit for uploading?

Target Audience : Instructor

NTULearn has implemented a new file size limit - 500MB per file, for uploading of files to NTULearn.

You will encounter a 'Bad Gateway' error if you upload a file bigger than 500MB to NTULearn.

For uploading of video clips,

- Faculty can use AcuConsole to convert and upload the clips to NTU video server

- Students can use YouTube to upload and share the link of the video, or use freeware such as MiroVideoConverter to encode the video to a smaller file size before uploading the file.

Should you need to upload other file type bigger than 500MB, please contact NTULearnSupport through ServiceDesk for assistance.
