Why are the courses that I have completed in past semester(s) still appearing in my NTULearn Courses module?

Target Audience : Student

It is a common practice for course instructors to leave the past semesters' courses available to students.

This allows students to access the course materials if required.

To remove the completed courses from the My Courses module means that you've to be unenroled from the course.

This could be done by emailing the request to servicedesk@ntu.edu.sg including your
• Full name as shown in your matriculation card
• Matric No.
• The course(s) that you want to remove

However, do note that if you need to access the courses in future, you will be required to seek permission from the course instructors to grant you the access before we can re-enrol you into the course site.
